Research On The Coupled Development Coordination Mechanism Between High-Tech Service Industry And Manufacturing Industry

With the development of the economy based on knowledge, high-tech service industry has become a new independent format of producer services. The complementary and mutually reinforcing relationship of high-tech services and manufacturing promotes the coordinated development of China’s manufacturing industry and high-tech services coupled, and will change the currently extensive development of China’s manufacturing industry and the immature of high-tech service industry.The both upgrade the industrial structure of the manufacturing sector, boost the transformation of the mode of economic growth, and increase the competitiveness of the countries and enterprises.This paper studies the coupling relationship of high-tech services and manufacturing, especially the measurement of the coupling degree of high-tech services and manufacturing, discoveries the intrinsic fusion point and builds evaluation index system through the establishment of the coupling coordination degree model, and finds the question existing in synergies in order parameters between the two industries of all subsystems. Because of the logical consistency in the coupling theory and integrated management, a new "organism" thought was got from the various elements of the integration absorbing each other and this paper give some recommendations of promoting symbiotic development, complementary advantages, to polymerization enlarged of the both by proposing an integrated management approach.There are many views of high-tech service industry. In order to better express my main idea, this paper groups the connotation of high-tech services by the size of the coverage the content of high-tech services into wide caliber, medium caliber and narrow diameter.The paper stated the characteristics, the objective factors of rapid development and the practical significance of high-tech service industry in detail. I also discussed the existing problems in the development of China’s manufacturing industry and technical constraints. The causes of external manufacturing internal service was illustrated from the limit of the internal technology and external economic advantages, non-standardized and unforeseen needs, corporate organizational strategy, avoid of the risk and fixed costs. So I acknowledge the objective basis of the two industries interaction exists. This paper makes an empirical analysis of the correlation of the two industries, and proves the positive correlation between both.This paper discusses high-tech services and manufacturing industry coupled system running and running mutations stage through the establishment of two industries coupled entropy model. The degree of coupling of the two industries is presented by calculating the value of the degree of coupling of the two. In order to avoid the pseudo coordination evaluation of simple coupling indicators, it takes the appropriate coupling coordination degree evaluation index system, in which the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index. The paper analyzes the high-tech services and equipment manufacturing industry coupled level of Anhui and Jiangsu provinces. And I get the point that the development of high-tech services levels in the both provinces lag in the development of equipment manufacturing industry. There are significant differences in the coupled level in the high-tech services and equipment manufacturing industry of Anhui; and Anhui is significantly a grade lower than Jiangsu. The level of development of high-tech services industry has the coupled positive correlation between the level of development of the two industries. Because of Jiangsu Province high-tech services high than Anhui, Jiangsu the degree of coupling of two industries is relatively high.If the complementary advantages relationship between the two industries objectively exists, two industries resources can effectively integrate the effect of a1+1>2, And as long as the motivation of the pursuit of the division of labor marginal revenue is greater than the marginal growth of transaction costs in the two industries. Because of two industries in the supply chain as a subsystem within the subsystem and subsystems integration of resources, a new harmonious integration system is emerging by constituting a new organizational structure and working methods, management methods.
