Research On Coupling Coordination Degree Of Regional Equipment Manufacturing Industry-Economy-Science And Technology

At present, China is facing with the history of the formation of the intersection node, including a new round of revolution of science and technology, industrial revolution and accelerating the transformation of economic development. It is the inevitable choice of industrial transformation and upgrading and economical steady and rapid development to rely on scientific and technological innovation. As one of the pillar industry of Shaanxi, Equipment manufacturing's level of development are in a lower level both in the country and in the industrial sector in the province. Meanwhile, the level of Shaanxi's science and technology is second to none in the Northwest and more forward in the national rankings, which is profit from policy. But it did not bring the most competitive industries and the more developed economy. Therefore, it is an important issues of every regional need to focus on and resolve, who achieve the industrial transformation and upgrading and ensure economic reforms. It includes correctly handling the harmonious development of the equipment manufacturing industry, the economy, science and technology, giving full play to the role of science and technology to promote economic development and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry, grasping opportunities of the economic development to enhance the level of scientific and technology and equipment manufacturing industry.First, consult literature and analyze the status at home and abroad about the relationship between the equipment manufacturing industry, economic and science and technology, and then put forward with question of this paper research. Second, build three subsystems evaluation methods of equipment manufacturing industry, economic and science and technology and coupling coordination degree model of Equipment Manufacturing Industry-Economy-Science and Technology. Then, to make a longitudinal analysis of Shanxi equipment manufacturing industry, economy and science and technology's current situation combining with related data during 2010-2013; they build coupling coordination degree evaluation model based on the mechanism of the frequency counting method and system which select 2002-2013 period data as samples, and making a quantitatively analyzed about the subsystems' the level of development of the equipment manufacturing industry, economic and science and technology. Finally, on this basis, calculating Shaanxi equipment manufacturing Industry-Economy-Science and Technology's coupling coordination degree to get the degree of coordination coupling characteristics and the coordinated development level of the three levels.Conclusions show: There is a very substantial increase for the overall level of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry, economic and science and technology during 2002-2013, and the development trend are good, and Shaanxi equipment manufacturing IndustryEconomy-Science and Technology system are going into a high level of coupling phase after 2003. But the level of coordination system is low. In the meantime, Equipment Manufacturing Industry-Economy-Science and Technology's coordination coupling gradually presented a feature of transforming superior equipment manufacturing industry development into superior economic development, and the economic does not contribute significantly to coupling coordination of the system, and science and technology development plays a key role. This paper puts forward the promotion countermeasures and suggestions of coordination of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry, economic and science and technology development.
