It is inevitable for an enterprise to be changed into the parent-subsidiary company once it develops into a large-scale enterprise, which is the bottleneck in the development of an enterprise. If an enterprise can succeed in changing into the parent-subsidiary company, it will become much better and stronger. So, how to effectively use control system of parent-subsidiary company to ensure its benefit maximization is Chinese enterprises’focus of attention, also an important research topic. Meanwhile, this article studies the control system of parent-subsidiary and its means, which will be reference for similar enterprises.Based on the theory of organizational control, internal control and company control, this paper firstly states three modes of parent-subsidiary company control system and their advantages and weak points. Then, it does a further research on HR Group’s control system status, including HR control, strategy control, company culture control, finance control, information control, function control and performance control through questionnaires, case studies. Finally, it makes some solutions to perfect HR Group parent-subsidiary company control system, such as optimizing company government structure, adjusting company organization, enhancing function control, strengthening finance control, enriching strategy and company culture control, drawing up supporting measures to control system.This paper takes the research on parent-subsidiary company control system of HR Group as a special case, and has a practical value for the future management and control of HR Group parent-subsidiary company and other similar private enterprises.
