Pay satisfaction is the main standard to measure compensation management level.As an important aspect of the human resource management, doing well in the new period of pay satisfaction research work has the very vital significance.Pay is a significant organizational expense and pay is a valued individual outcome.From a cost perspective alone, pay is a critical organizational resource.Compensation costs are estimated to account for between10and50percent, and in some cases as much as90percent, of an organization’s operating expenses.The compensation system communicates a wealth of information about organizational priorities, policies, and procedures to employees.Pay provides employees with information about issues such as their progress toward internal and external goals, and about social standing, security, achievement, and success in life. In essence, pay serves many functions for individuals; their attitudes toward and their reactions to pay are critical in shaping overall affective and behavioral reactions to the organization.This paper mainly in this research use the theory at home and abroad on pay satisfaction and positive-negative affect for reference, use in combination with the practical situation of the development and progress of modern society, through research of theory practice concluded that the latest revised new PANAS form of questionnaire to Tichang sampling survey was conducted among197staff, mainly inspects intent positive affection and negative affection of these two factors and the relationship between pay satisfaction multi-dimensional. Through collecting data and the data reliability and validity analysis, at the same time adopt SPSS20.0software for data and factor analysis, single factor variance analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, this study puts forward hypothesis:Finally, put forward Suggestions for the improvement of bank staff pay satisfaction, and points out the contributions and limitations of this study.Empirical study well demonstrates the theoretical hypotheses proposed in this study, the main conclusion is as follows.First, staff pay satisfaction is composed by pay policy, welfare, pay levels, pay promotion.Second, the pay satisfaction has no significant differences in different types of staff.Third, positive affect has positive effects on staff pay satisfaction.Forth. the negative affection on staff has no obvious effect on pay satisfaction.Research conclusion to take various measures to improve staff pay satisfaction has a positive significance.
