In recent years, the rapid development of computer technology makes thecommercial banks electronic degree increasing, the original kind of hand-workshop-style business model has ceased to exist, but from some extent, commercial banks stillhave labor-intensive industries features-normal operation of commercial banks largelydepends on the human factor. This feature makes the commercial banks are increasinglyconcerned about the risks arising from employee behavior, especially in recent yearsdue to financial cases more frequent make much more attention of the relevantdepartments.As a large company’s A shares listed commercial banks, also faces risks arisingfrom employee behavior unexpected loss or possibility of loss, forcing A commercialbank to continue to improve related risk control.Based on the A commercial bankemployees behavioral risk control study, the use of economics, management theoriesrelated behavioral risk factors for employees to conduct feasibility studies, combinedwith the actual situation of A commercial bank, to propose effective measures tocontrol the risk of employee behavior, while hoping for other domestic commercialbanks to control such risks to provide references.
