| In the era of knowledge economy,innovation is the key factor for enterprises to seek development,and it is also one of the important guarantee conditions for enterprises to rank at the top in the market and effectively resist market risks.Continustent innovation can keep businesses alive and alive.Knowledge-based employees are the main force of enterprise innovation,especially in the Internet + era,traditional commercial banks are impacted by the Internet,and urgently need to seek survival and development through innovative measures in various aspects.Knowledge employees play a very important role in the business innovation of commercial banks,and it has some practical significance to study the innovation behavior incentive of knowledge employees in commercial banks.This paper takes the knowledge employees of ZZ Rural commercial Bank as the research object,introduces the intermediate variable of innovative self-efficacy,studies the relationship between innovative self-efficacy and knowledge-based employee innovation behavior,and further discusses the intermediary role of innovative self-efficacy in salary incentive and knowledge-based employee innovation behavior.This paper uses literature,questionnaire survey,interview and statistical analysis to study the innovation behavior of ZZ rural commercial Bank,analyzes 185 knowledge employees of ZZ rural commercial Bank,introduces the intermediate variable of innovative self-efficacy,discusses the relationship between innovative self-efficacy and knowledge employees,and further discusses the intermediary role of innovative self-efficacy between salary incentive and knowledge-based employees.Using the interview method,we further found the problems and reasons of the current knowledge employee incentive of ZZ rural commercial bank,and put forward the optimization countermeasures.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:There is a positive correlation between innovative self-efficacy and knowledge-based employee innovation behavior.Innovative self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between salary incentive and knowledge-based employee innovative behavior.Through the questionnaire survey and interview results of the knowledge-based employees of ZZ Rural Commercial Bank,it is found that the bank has insufficient respect and trust incentive,insufficient incentive for work enrichment,unreasonable incentive for comprehensive salary,and ignores the personality difference incentive for knowledge-based employees.The main reasons are the disconnection between corporate culture and employees’ personal value,the performance appraisal system is not scientific,the training content is single,the welfare level decreases,and the insufficient care for employees.For the above problems,this paper proposes corresponding optimization countermeasures: strengthening enterprise culture,work design of knowledge employees,optimizing the compensation scheme of knowledge employees,strengthening the training incentive of knowledge employees,and strengthening the diversified career development incentive of knowledge employees. |
