With the frequent arising of employee’s mental health problems and recruitmentdifficulties as well as the increasing of work pressures in recent years, improving theemployee’s well-being is becoming a consensus among the government, society andenterprises.On the basis of previous studies,the Grounded Theory research method isemployed to extract the influencing factors on employee’s subjective well-being,then,therelationship of demographic variables,self-management,job stress and subjective well-beingis discussed after the empirical research by questionnaires and statistical analysis. On thebasis of that,an effective way to improve employee’s well-being is explored through theintervention on employees with a lower level of subjective well-being.The specific conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) The influencing factors of employee’s subjective well-being include physicalcondition, economic status, job pressure, family factors, interpersonal interaction,environmental conditions,self-realization and self-management.(2) The different employees have no distinctive differences in gender and educationalbackground;there are significant differences between different age,the work of years andpositions level;self-management and its various dimensions have a significant positivecorrelation with subjective well-being;job stress and its various dimensions have a significantnegative correlation with subjective well-being; self-management has no significantcorrelation with job stress. self-management and job stress has the obviously predictableinfluence on subjective well—being.(3) The employee’s level of self-management improves significantly through theintervention of self-management which is one of the important factors of employee’ssubjective well-being. The score of subjective well-being and vigor dimension have also beensignificantly improved. It is illustrated that the level of self-management enhancedcontributed to raising the level of subjective well-being and emerge a significant difference. This research deepened and expanded the previous studies,Meanwhile,the conclusion ofthis research have some guiding significance for the managing fulfillment of enterprises.
