A Study On The Impact Of Work Stress And Tourism Experience Behavior On Subjective Well-Being In Yueyang City

With the rapid economic development,more and more intense competition,increasing the pressure of work,there is pressure on the work of Alexander's emotions,long-term high tension in the state.Tourism travel as the most mainstream leisure,decompression way is one of the working population work pressure,enhance the subjective well-being of the important choice.The tourism products of different working pressure groups can not only improve the satisfaction degree of the working crowd,but also can optimize the tourism development.This paper describes the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the subjective well-being of different working pressure groups,and understand the dynamics and direction of relevant research at home and abroad,and master the relevant theories.And analyzes the basic situation of tourism experience and subjective well-being of people with different working pressures.The influence of tourism experience on the subjective well-being was analyzed by variance analysis.The influencing factors of subjective well-being were analyzed by questionnaire and empirical analysis.This study is divided into several parts:The first part and the introduction part respectively describe the background and significance of the study on the influence of tourism experience on the subjective well-being of different working pressure groups,and the research Methods,as well as the main research content,as well as put forward the main research objectives and need to be solved,but also pointed out the innovation of this paper.The second part,theoretical basis and literature review part,mainly summarizes the concept of work stress and related research theory;tourism experience content and influencing factors;subjective well-being concept and basic theoretical basis;and domestic and foreign related research status quo.The third part,the case analysis preparation part,put forward the research object of this case in detail,the research hypothesis,the research object and the research tool used are the effective preparation of the research work smoothly.In the fourth part,the case analysis part mainly analyzes the current situation of working pressure of different working pressure population in Yueyang city of Hunan province by analyzing and statistically analyzing the present situation;analyzing the tourism experience behavior of different working pressure crowd in Yueyang city of Hunan province;The impact of the tourism experience on the subjective well-being of different working pressure groups through the correlation analysis.In the fifth part,the conclusion is drawn,and the concrete measures are put forward to help the different working pressure crowd to enhance the tourism experience behavior,thus expanding the influence degree of subjective well-being.
