With the economy’s developing, the E-commerce platform enterprises growing fast in Chinese Marketrecently years, especially during present ten years.It is put great influenced on people’s daily life and also it is a integral part of consumers lifestyle.During the developing of E-commerce industry, the patterns and modes are constantly changing, such as Chinese yellow pages, Consumers to Consumers(C2C).etc until now Online to Offline modewhich is very popular in today.As one of main parts of consumers’lifestyles, how to calculate the quality of the third party e-commerce platform based on the perceived service quality.Generally speaking,theperceived service quality is main dimension to calculate the consumers satisfaction.But how to calculate it is?Traditionally the meaning of perceived service quality,itis emphasized on the connections during the human beings. However, the meaning of e-commerce’service quality is different from the traditionally meanings. So it will considering of the tools of internet technology.As we know, the perceived service quality is very important. If the platforms provide good service quality to the enterprises, it will have more chance to cooperate with those enterprises.Moreover, the platform will have great advantage than those of other platforms.The purpose of essay is focused on the SERVQUAL Mode with five dimensions of service quality:function&design,reliability,empathy, responsiveness,processes, as well as25metric specific analysis.According to my essay, the phrases of my essay is as followings:firstly, I collected and read the related theories from books and magazines by websites and libraries home and abroad. Then, I could study the suppose and set up the mode after I grasped enough theories to support my study. Secondly, I will arranged the small sample to test whether the Questionnaire proper or not. If it is now proper, I should adjust the Questionnairebefore to hand up Questionnaire to let the huge people to do the test. After we get the result of Questionnaire, we could to do the analysis of Reliability and Validity. Thirdly, we can based on the statistical analysis of the results present the SEM to identify the e-commerce platforms’ strengths and weaknesses.Finally, we can make used of the results in the unique e-commerce platform and provide the proper suggestion for the e-commerce platform based on the feeling of the enterprises’perceived service quality.
