With the rapid development of economy in our country, autoindustry plays more and more important role, which has become one ofthe pillar industries of national economy, and the development of theauto enterprises will directly affect the economic and social developmentand progress. Because of the particularity of the auto enterprises and itslong complex and wide industrial chain, to fulfill the auto enterprises’ssocial responsibility, which caused the impact of conomic and social isnot can compare with other industries and enterprises, and has becomethe important foundation of building a harmonious society. In fact,recently, The automobile enterprises of our country will gradually fulfillsocial responsibility into the focus of the development, and has obtainedcertain achievement. But in a strict sense, to choose a new angle of view,starting from the legal rights and interests of stakeholders, the effect ofpart of the automobile enterprises to fulfill social responsibility is stillnot ideal.Therefore, first, this article expounds the research background andsignificance of the social responsibility of the auto enterprises,introduces the current status of domestic and foreign research on socialresponsibility, and connect with the stakeholder theory, by choosing anew perspective to analyze the social responsibility of the auto enterprises. This is also the base point of this article main research;Second, this article choose Shanghai automotive group co., LTD as anexample, summarizes, induces the present situation of the automobileenterprises to fulfill social responsibility, lists some problems, andanalyze the deep reasons; Finally, from the perspective of stakeholders,this article puts forward some suggestions and measures to promote toperform the social responsibility of the auto enterprises, and to promotesocial development is of great practical significance.With the constant improvement of social management and theenterprise mechanism, corporate social responsibility has become theinevitable trend of social development. The enterprises must be active tofulfill their social responsibilities, strengthen social responsibilityconsciousness, reform and innovation, and the corporate responsibilityto stakeholders as the pinnacle of management, actively promote thedevelopment of society and progress, and ultimately achieve sustainabledevelopment.
