With the development of economic globalization, supply chain management has become a key problem for the survival and development of enterprises. The foundation of Supplier performance evaluation is the effective supply chain management, which is also the key point to the risk control of supply chain. The establishment and dynamically and timely evaluation of supplier performance evaluation system is closely related to the material and service procurement transaction. In order to determine whether the supplier performance is achieving the aim of prolepsis performance, we should evaluate, grade and reward suppliers dynamically and timely. It is helpful to optimize the supplier and to improve the competitiveness of company.The program management of jet and commercial aircraft of C company operation is using the "main manufacturer and supplier" mode. According to this mode, the domestic and foreign suppliers shall provide all the system products and the vast majority of structure component of aircraft. The support of supplier determines the success or failure of the program, so the supplier management ability is very important. The justice, reasonable establishment of supplier performance evaluation method is the base of improving the incentive mechanism of supplier resources; mobilizing the supplier and ensuring the program get the support from the suppliers.In this paper, I choose the system products supplier performance evaluation as the research object. In view of the current program schedule, the problem is the quality and cost targets have not met the aim. I choose the supplier management theory and the learning curve/experience curve theory as the base, using AHP to analyze the performance evaluation, finding the historical performance for suppliers longitudinal incentive program. Through the implementation of supplier performance evaluation, establishing risk-sharing partner relationships and improve supplier management state.Through supplier performance evaluation, mobilizing the enthusiasm of suppliers, taking into account the common interests of main manufacturers and suppliers, eliminating all potential risks, in order to smooth operation of the supply chain, reaching the aim of supply chain enterprises win-win.
