The study of the hotel staff job satisfaction has always been the hot topic in the fields of theory and practice. The hotel industry has many characters with flexible service, younger staffs and low salaries, which have caused hotel companies to face enormous challenges in the management process. Especially, with the large number of international hotel chains logging in China, the service quality has become the key to win in the fierce competitive market. As the direct participant of the hotel industry, the staffs directly affect the quality of hotel service. To improve the staff’s attitude and motivation on work, the hotel must firstly make employees satisfied with their job. Therefore, how to improve the employees’job satisfaction, and build a highly efficient team so as to continuously improve the quality of hotel services has become one of the key problems of human resource management that needs to be solved urgently in the modern hotel enterprises.This paper has stretched the content of organizational justice to explore the influence mechanism towards organizational justice and employees’job satisfaction. Firstly, the paper has elaborated the research background and value, and defined the connotation of organizational justice and employees’ job satisfaction, and put forward the corresponding research ideas and methods. Secondly, the paper has summarized the relationship between organizational justice and employees’ job satisfaction, and put forward the research hypothesis. Through the questionnaire survey, we have concluded that organizational justice has a positive impact on employees’ job satisfaction; the dimension of organizational justice impact on employee job satisfaction differently; distributive justice is still the main factors affecting employee satisfaction, followed by interpersonal justice and procedural justice; information justice has no significant effect on employees’job satisfaction.Based on the realistic demands of hotel staff job satisfaction, combined with the feature of hotel employees, the paper has studied the hotel staffs’ job satisfaction from the perspective of organizational justice to emphasize the positive role towards organizational justice to hotel employees’ job satisfaction, and thereby provide certain guidance and advice to the human resources management of hotel enterprises.
