GEM-listed companies with high growth and high technology in the modern market economy status has become increasingly obvious, it has become a new growth point to promote economic development. According to the survey, after the start of the GEM, the domestic venture capital firms, the rapid development of private equity firms, active private equity firms and venture investment company to4789, local institutional funds under management reached1.64trillion yuan, the national high-tech park from54to105, attracting a large number of personnel at home and abroad to join the entrepreneurial team. In companies listed on GEM, senior management as an important human resource company, their qualities and abilities even on behalf of the entire company, their behavior has an important role in the company. According to statistics, the companies listed on GEM executives leave the phenomenon has never stopped since2010, has released170executives announced the resignation of GEM companies from the beginning of2010, these executives to resign have brought to the share price of the companies listed on GEM a certain extent. So, how to retain talent, how to make better use of talent on this issue, take reasonable executive incentive policies of companies listed on GEM is particularly important in the executive incentive, executive compensation, on-the-job consumption play a pivotal role on the executive compensation of companies listed on GEM, so the research among executive compensation,on-the-job consumption,the company’s growth is of great significance not only that the theory of provide certain reflections can also be carried out in practice reference.First, the literature review summarizes and comments on executive pay at home and abroad, serving consumer, the company’s growth of research literature, and executive compensation, defined the concept of serving consumer, the GEM market as well as the growth of the Company and then make the analysis of relevant theory.Secondly, according to the special nature of the companies listed on GEM, the establishment of the two models, the first model variables descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis, the regression analysis. The empirical results show that:GEM listed companies in China between executive pay and on-the-job consumption showed a significant positive correlation of ground showed a significant negative correlation relationship between serving consumer and corporate growth.Finally, the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, designed to enhance the growth of the companies listed on GEM, and put forward some suggestions for some of the problems found in the study.
