Food safety is a major issues of the whole society, it is because of the food accident occurred frequently in China in recent years that the issues of the food safety problems caused the attention of the whole society. As the key part of the product quality departments,Quality and technical supervision is surely responsible for food safety, especially for the processing link of food production and the regulation of the testing standard, which is rather important. On July20,2009, the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China is issued and then implemented. This law plays a important role in the application of food processing technology, the strength of the supervision of food safety,the improvement of the standard of the management of food safety, thus it is very helpful to guarateen people’s physical and psychological health.Because the widely use of food processing technology, in order to make the product yield and get higher interest, many food enterprises uses technology illegally, then the food safety problems emerge endlessly, Such as:turbot (scientific name turbot shrimp), was feed with illicit drugs; Sanlu milk powder, added melamine illegally;"Gutter oil","clenbuterol", etc. these food safety incidents seriously threatens people’s life and property safety. Science and technology is a double-edged sword, people need to understand it and use it rationally. More and more technologies are used in the social life in the21st century, rational utilization of human science and technology will benefit future generations, the opposite is a disaster. Make a general surrey of the food safety incidents in recent years, it mostly caused by the improper application of processing technology during the operation of primary agricultural products. Some of the problem caused by the subjective behavior of enterprise, but there are also man-made factors, such as the exceed standard of benzene of "jinhao tea oil" belongs to the problems of the production technology. Therefore, the rational use and effective supervision of food processing technology become a new subject of social management.Food safety is directly related to the broad masses of the people’s life safety and health, the CPC central committee and state council attaches great importance to it and take various measures to strengthen food safety supervision, governments at all levels and relevant departments have done a lot on it. But the current food security situation is still grim, further measures must be taken to improve food safety regulatory system, and strengthen the supervision of food safety. In order to further promote the quality and technical supervision of food safety supervision in our country, this paper uses food safety problems as the breakthrough point, analyses the causes of the frequent food safety accidents in recent years, especially analyzes importance of the quality and technical supervision on the food processing technology, and then combining the current situation of our country, compares the supervision model home and abroad, put forward opinions and suggestions to strengthen food safety supervision. Hope this article can play a role of reference on the future food safety supervision in China.
