Studies On The Development Of Government Leading Farmers’ Professional Co-operatives

Agriculture has always been the core of China’s economic construction and transformation, and the development of rural economy is related to the stability and rapid growth of the social economy of our country. The Chinese government has always regarded that solve the problem of "Agriculture, Rural areas and Farmers" is a top priority. With the rapid advance of industrialization and urbanization, Farmers’ professional cooperative economic organization has become a new subject in modern agricultural development in our country. Under the condition of market economy, the emergence and development of Farmers’ professional cooperative (economic) organization is,timely and inevitability, the change and innovation of the agricultural management system in our country. And its core position in the stability and development of rural economic has been basically established. Due to the special national conditions of China, many of government leading farmers’ professional co-operatives arise at the historic moment, even has a major position at the beginning of its development. In recent years, however, less and less attention to the government’s leading farmers’ professional co-operatives, Itself also has decreasing appeared. Hence, these questions are worth our discussion, such as the development of these cooperative, its original target is implement or not, how to operate and implement its mechanism and How to regulate the government’s leading cooperative development in the future.This paper first arranged China’s Farmer Specialized Cooperatives (Cooperative economic organization) the history survey and development status, and briefly analyzed the development history of cooperatives from the definition of farmer specialized cooperatives in China. Secondly, this paper defined the research subject "government leading professional farmers’ cooperatives", and analyzed its background and problems. We think its production has certain rationality, and is partly the result of the mandatory system changes. Thirdly, summarizes the main features of government leading professional farmers’cooperatives, and used several related theories, such as enterprise resource-based theory, game theory, the theory of the distribution of benefits and principal-agent theory.
