| This paper focuses on financial problems of medium and small projects in manufacturing enterprises, analyzing of the problem from the angle of finance. Having a full understanding of the status quo and project cycle of medium and small projects in manufacturing enterprises, analysis of financial difficulties encountered in each phase of the project. These problems include the awareness of financial management is weak, feasibility analysis is not complete, the project cost budget analysis is not accurate, the project risk monitoring ability is low, income is difficult to predict and so on. All the activities of small and medium-sized projects are changing, flexibility, need to use effective financial methods manage and monitor these not quantitative risk point, according to the characteristics of small and medium projects, that is also the features and difficulties in small and medium project management. I just used some basic financial economic theory to illustrate enterprise project management (by the silicon nitride recovery project as an example), which mainly includes SWOT analyses, Five Forces, PEST analysis, the Delphi method of risk assessment and the collective validation method for managers. We can get the sensitive factors of silicon nitride in project implementation through sensitivity analysis. Through controlling these key sensitive factors, we can realize the effective control on the silicon nitride recovery projects, so as to guarantee the project’s quality, on time, on budget. Finally, the whole Silicon nitride project needs good forecasting of inputs and benefits. In short, the financial problems in project existed in the change of the project. In the planning and forecasting stage we can make a careful and detailed data collection and effective financial analysis, and to take effective financial management methods to predict the risk of these, so we can effectively guarantee the success of the project. |
