Countermeasures Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Of China’s Lack Of Metrology

Measurement management is an important part of the business activities ofsmall and medium-sized enterprises, the new development situation, metrologysupervision of small and medium-sized enterprises determines the enterprise’seconomic benefit and social benefit. To improve and enhance the management levelof small and medium-sized enterprises measurement, the measurement andmanagement of enterprise management function can fully play out, which is thekey problem of enterprise measure personnel and regulators need to solve.This paper uses case study method, interdisciplinary research method,literature method, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, summarizesrelated research on measurement supervision, analyses the concept ofmetrological supervision, measurement supervision features and functions,measurement supervision system; secondly, taking X company as a case, the Xenterprise measurement management system and management analysis of the statusquo, and further analysis of the main problems, including management,measurement instruments of measurement management system and measurement datamanagement problem. Finally, proposed the X enterprises in the basic principlesof fairness principle, scientific principle and standard, put forward specificcountermeasures of measurement management system, measurement management andmeasurement data management, summarizes the deficiency and countermeasuresuggestion to our country small and medium-sized enterprise measurement in thispaper, the development of metrological supervision small and medium-sizedenterprises.
