Study On The New Type Of Rural Financial Organizations To Develop In Hunan

In today’s society,"Agriculture, rural areas and farmers" is the key to build a new socialist countryside, encountered in the process of development of "three agriculture" the main problem is money, so you should strengthen the "three rural" financial services. New type of rural financial organization in the process of practice and development for the development of the "three rural" pointed out the new development direction. This paper is a new type of rural financial organizations development in our country as the research, mainly as a typical example in Hunan. This paper studies a new type of rural financial organizations including the China banking regulatory commission approved the village bank, loan company, rural capital and banking regulatory commission (CBRC) and a support pilot jointly by the people’s bank of small loan companies. These financial institutions not only has the advantage of formal financial organizations as well as the advantages of informal financial institutions.In order to further study the development of new type of rural financial organizations using research methods of theoretical study, literature analysis and field survey method, and a clear research steps. First, introduce some financial institutions and the overview and analysis on the theory, such as a new type of rural financial organization development provides a theoretical basis. Second, to clarify the concept of the new type of rural financial organizations in China, points out its main characteristics and are classified according to different characteristics, after the analysis of the system. Fourth, using the experience of other countries in Bangladesh, India, the United States to analyze system of port Chester, absorbing their advantages to promote the development of new type of rural financial organizations.
