After that, the writer presents the measures of how to solve the management problems in the area of urban housing demolition from the stakeholder level, government level and the policy level respectively.This thesis can be divided into seven chapters, and the specific contents are as follows:Chapter one is the introduction part. It starts by introducing the background of urban housing demolition, and then makes a deep study of its significance. After summarizing and commenting on the research literature at home and abroad, it presents the main contents, methods and the points of innovation.Chapter two is the part of related concepts and theoretical basis.
