| The globalization and trade liberalization brought an expansion to the international trade. The inherent motive force of growth was the comparative advantage of trade for every country. Trade liberalization achieved an unprecedented expansion of international trade, the trade scales of developing countries expanded constantly, and the average growth has exceeded the advanced industrial countries. But in behind of the expanding scale of global trade, the distribution of international trade benefits was unbalanced. The inequality of international division of labor and international economic status, and the "double standards" of trade policy made a truth:few of developed countries grabbed the most of international trade benefits. And most of the underdeveloped countries did not get benefit from the free trade which as the prediction of mainstream economists. Parts of regions and countries were excluded of the current prosperous growth, and even appeared the phenomenon of "Immiserizing growth". The inequity of international exchange became more and more serious, and there was an expanded trend of polarization between developed country and underdeveloped countries. As the largest developing country in the world, china has obtained the remarkable achievement in the international trade. No matter on the trade amout, or on the increasing speed, or on the structures, china has make a significant progress. But in the behind of the visible trade benefits, massive loss of implicit benefits of trade, such as unfair has gradually emerged, it can be clearly been seen that the international unequal exchange has become a problem which cannot be neglected by the developing country’s government. Many academic scholars discussed and studied this topic and formed some theoretical achievements.However, throughout the existing research results, we can find although the problem of international unequal exchange is more and more significant, at present, the current study angles focus on how to promote the international benefit, and few people make a research on the "unequal exchange" itself. Although some Marxists studied the international unequal exchange from different angles, most of that are scattered and superficial. Due to the lack of comprehensive research frame, the existing theory of international unequal exchange is not complete. Therefore, establishing a theory frame of international unequal exchange from the system is an important project of political economy.This paper, based on Marx’s theory of international value, combining contemporary economists on the causes of international unequal exchange prevailing theory, try to figure out with the real economic conditions change and make further exploration and research on the Marxist theory of international unequal exchange theory. Divided the Chinese international trade unequal exchange is into a number of situations, and then analyze the causes of international unequal exchange.Through the Chinese trade-related panel data and time series on Chinese international unequal exchange analysis on existence, incentives, consequential theory of the recent years, to find potential link between theory and practice, and ultimately build a suitable Chinese current situation of international unequal exchange theoretical framework. So as to promote the growth of China’s trade interests, to fundamentally change the status of China’s international unequal exchange provide a valuable reference. Based on this idea, this paper is divided into four parts besides the introduction.Chapter2is the introduction of the Marxist theory on the basis of international unequal exchange-’international value theory’. Marx’s theory of value is the basis of international Marxist analysis of international unequal exchange. through reviewing mainstream of contemporary economics and international unequal exchange theory, we found the differences and similarities about cause analysis of international unequal exchange according to Marx and others.Chapter3is explained and analysis the Chinese international trade and unequal exchange phenomena. Through the data sorting of Chinese international trade in the recent years to introduce unequal exchange on issues of international classification. Combined with theoretical analysis and practical conditions to identify our international unequal exchange causes, classified factors explain according to different. Chapter4finds solutions to the problem of unequal exchange of international countermeasures from Marx and other economists on the issue of unequal exchange theories. According to international unequal exchange generates different situations, find solutions to problems related to the cause of countermeasures, thus easing loss of the benefits of international unequal exchange trade.Chapter4finds that affect international unequal exchange factor generated is divided into two parts, both domestic and international.
