Analysis Of The State-owned Enterprises Social Responsibility From The Perspective Of Harmonious Society

The full realization of the social responsibilities of state owned enterprises, is not only inevitable trend of modern social progress, but also the road that we should stick to with the progress of constructing a harmonious society. Fulfilling the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises smoothly will have a huge impact on the development of the whole national economy and society. On one hand, it is the necessary method to promote China’s economic and social development and construction of modernization, is to promote China’s economic sustainable development. On the other hand, it is an important link for realizing the new periodical goal and ensuring the social stability. What’s more it does favor to the stability of national for a long time. It is the need of realizing a harmonious society and is an important practical problem what China is faced with now and in the future for a long period of time.The paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter mainly discusses the concepts of enterprises and special responsibility. It focuses on describing the connotation of the state-owned enterprises and the burden of social responsibility. It introduces the social responsibility of foreign enterprises and makes a distinction between the state-owned enterprises home and abroad in view of the social responsibility they should fulfill. Then it expounds the connotation of harmonious society, the new requirements to the states-owned enterprises, the relations to undertaking the social responsibility and the task in the social construction. The theory is the core part of this paper. In the second chapter, the specificity that state-owned enterprises fulfilling social responsibility is described, and discuss the three historical responsibility of state-owned enterprises in China in detail: state-owned enterprises appeared on the society stage, the lack of fulfilling social responsibility, social responsibility of state-owned enterprises set up and developed.The third chapter analyses the achievements.existing problems and the causes. Last, the status of state-owned enterprises to enterprises to fulfill their social China responsibility is comprehensively discussed. In the fourth chapter, from three aspects the lead of the government, the self-discipline of enterprises, the promotion of society, proposing the means to promote the state-owned enterprises fulfill their social responsibility better and a detailed description. Although our state-owned enterprises have made some, achievements in the performance of social responsibility, it’s development is also limited by some factors and it has some shortages.In addition.there is a certain gap with China’s economic development.In order to solve this problem, I hope to contribute my strength to promote the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises in China through this paper.
