The rapid development of the new media, micro-blog for nearly two years, hasbeing forming a huge user data group, and constructing the social network of the sameconstruction of large and complex. This network with a social function, establishingthe image of the government, enterprises and individuals, has provided a newplatform for brand promotion and marketing activities.It is an important part of social network marketing that Micro-blog marketing.The rapid developing of media change the whole society. Between the entirecommunication system and the ways of people’s communication has brought greatchanges. Therefore we have the necessity to talk about on the micro-blog marketingwith media technology environment.Information dissemination activities throughout the human is as old ashumankind, Media technology is one of the most active factor in the spread of thedevelopment process, increasingly shows its importance. Study on the propagation ofthe traditional emphasis on research of communication activities and its effect, and ignorethe deep thinking on media technology and media technology and social relations.Research on marketing activities are mostly confined to the field from the economic,management. In this paper, the basic position of science and technology and societybased on, view of the theory of integrated media environment science,discussion onmedia technology under the environment of the micro-blog marketing. Firstly, status of themicro-blog marketing development review, summarized the main types and basic featuresof micro-blog marketing; Secondly, the social relationship based analysis of mediaenvironment and micro-blog micro-blog marketing marketing; Finally, discussed the socialeffects of micro-blog marketing.
