Research On The Relation Between Technical Innovation And Competitive Power Enhancement Of Small And Micro Enterprises

Small and micro enterprises is an important force in China’s economicdevelopment, which makes a prominent contribution and plays an indispensable rolein an active market economy, increasing employment rates and creating tax. Smalland micro enterprises are more concentrated in labor-intensive, service-oriented,low-tech value type of industry, less capability for market risk. It will suffer the largeimpact when the market is down. How small and micro enterprises can survival anddevelop better in the fierce competition market environment become an importantresearch topic. Through the literature, The author did not find the study of technologyinnovation angle to improve small and micro enterprise competitiveness. It provides agood opportunity for this paper.In this paper, the relevant concepts on small and micro-enterprises, research status,technological innovation and competitiveness theory based on the current situation ofsmall and micro enterprises, which have a statement in small and micro enterprises’status in Jiangsu. In the same time, this research constructs a theoretical model, putsforward the related hypothesis and discusses the relationship between technologyinnovation and small-micro enterprise competitiveness. This paper select50smallmicro enterprise in jiangsu province as a sample, using SPSS through factor analysis,correlation analysis and so on to test the relationship between technology innovationand Jiangsu small-micro enterprise competitiveness. The study found that technologyinnovation is an important factor which influences the competitiveness of small andmicro enterprises. In this paper, the writer analyzes technological innovation dynamicmechanism and operation mechanism about small and micro enterprises. The paperpoints out that a combination of market demand and market competition pressure isan effective motivation of small and micro enterprise technology innovation. Based onthe operation mechanism of small and micro enterprises technology innovation, thepaper considers that university-industry cooperation and alliances between enterprisesshould be the suitable operation mechanism of small and micro enterprises technologyinnovation. Finally, this paper gives the countermeasures to strengthen technologicalinnovation capacity of small and micro enterprises and to improve competitiveness.
