Study On The Factors And Countermeasures Of Technological Innovation Of Small And Micro Enterprises

The healthy development of small and micro enterprises can provide a large number of employment opportunities, alleviate employment pressure and maintain the stability of the society. Also, it also plays an irreplaceable role in the prosperity of the economy, increasing employment, technological innovation and social harmony and stability. Cultivation and construction of technology innovation ability in small and micro enterprise has become the key point to obtain competitive advantage and develop their core competitiveness in the current operating environment. At present, the study on technology innovation in small and micro enterprise is still defective, not to mention those the research based on the survey of small and micro enterprises.This paper regards small and micro enterprises as respondents. Based on likert scale, data analysis and questionnaire survey, we obtain the core elements of small and micro enterprises technological innovation, followed by AHP analysis of innovation affect of small and micro enterprises technical factors. According to the likert scale investigation, we have come to innovation elements from R & D investment, personnel, and sources of funding, investment structure to the protection of intellectual property right. It reveals the main problems in the present situation as bellows, the lack of awareness of strategy, lack of motivation; lack of high quality innovative talents; unreasonable funding sources and expenditure structure; interactive research needs to be improved; the awareness of enterprise intellectual property protection is not strong; the basic conditions of technology innovation is weak. Finally, according to the theoretical results above, combining with the situation of Anhui Province, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
