Research On The Influencing Factors Of Start-up Performance Of Small And Micro-technological Enterprises In Huzhou H Development Zone

First of all,this study collects and collates the questionnaire survey and receipts on the entrepreneurial performance and its influencing factors of the small and micro-enterprises in Huzhou H Development Zone: F1(entrepreneur factor),F2(technological innovation factor),F3(talent factor),F4(financing factor),F5(marketing factor),F6(industry environment factor),F7(business environment factor).Then,on the basis of building theoretical research model and Z-Score standardized data processing,using SPSS19.0 statistical software for correlation analysis and regression analysis,the following four main results and analysis are obtained: First,as the main force of Huzhou H Development Zone market,Huzhou H Development Zone small and micro enterprises have strong growth momentum,with an average growth rate of more than 20% in the past three years,the growth rate is fast.It is far higher than the average level,of which,small and micro enterprises of science and technology account for nearly 50%,mainly distributed in biomedicine,new energy,energy conservation and environmental protection,new materials,information technology and other industries.Secondly,this paper constructs the index system of the influencing factors of entrepreneurial performance of start-up technology-based small and micro enterprises,and considers that there are five internal influencing factors(entrepreneur factor,technological innovation factor,talent factor,financing factor,marketing factor)and two external influencing factors(industry environment factor and business environment factor)that affect entrepreneurial performance of start-up technology-based small and micro enterprises.The seven influencing factors are subdivided into the secondary indicators,a total of 25 secondary indicators.Thirdly,through correlation analysis,there is a significant positive correlation between F1(entrepreneur factor),F2(technological innovation factor),F3(talent factor),F4(financing factor),F5(marketing factor),F6(industry environment factor),F7(business environment factors)and Y(entrepreneurial performance of start-up technology-based small and micro enterprises in Huzhou H Development Zone),and there is collinearity among these factors.Fourthly,the regression analysis shows that these factors also have great differences on the entrepreneurial performance of the small and Micro-Tech start-ups in Huzhou H Development Zone.From the regression coefficient X1(entrepreneur factor)and X2(technical innovation factor)when the significance level is 0.05,the partial regression coefficients through the significance test are 5.862(sig=0.019)and 4.131(sig=0.012).Compared with other factors,they play an important leading role in the entrepreneurship performance of the start-up technology-based small and micro enterprises in Huzhou H Development Zone.On this basis,from the three perspectives of entrepreneurs,enterprises and government,this paper puts forward some useful suggestions and implementation measures on how to effectively improve entrepreneurship performance of small and micro start-ups in Huzhou H Development Zone.
