Thearticle starts with the theoretical basis of socially responsible investment, consider that it can beconsist of four parts: economy, society, environment and corporate social responsibility. And then,through researching the development and comparison for the SRI in domestic and overseas,summarized the development experience in abroad, and also proposed the suggestions to improvethe current situation of the development of our socially responsible investment. At the same time,combine the research conclusion of predecessors about SRI and the specific investment behaviorof socially responsible investment fund in the realistic society’s, proposing the socialresponsible investment operation mode and operation processes. The last three chapters are usingthe listed company as the breakthrough point, mainly researching the handicap affecting listedcompanies accept SRI in China, through the analysis of the handicap and indexation, proposingthe capacity mode of listed companies accepting SRI, which measuring the capacity of thelisted company accepting SRI. Until now, accelerating the development of social responsible investment is theopinion of government’s policy, but making the goal that SRI replace traditional investment cometrue still need academic conduct more in-depth understanding and research on SRI.
