Care Services In Rural Communities Situation, Problems And Countermeasures

China has now entered the aging society, demographic aging, the social security syste m has become a constraining China lags behind social and economic development is a maj or bottleneck. Elderly pension problem in rural areas, especially the grassroots pension pro blem, which is not only related to the vital interests of hundreds of millions of farmers, but also directly related to the socialist harmonious society and building a well-off society. Bec ause of the family planning policy, accelerated urbanization and other factors, rural areas ra pidly aging population structure, functional family pension has also been weakened, which can adapt to the current need for a new pension model the actual situation. Social pension i nstitutions not only in quality or in quantity can not meet today’s vast rural areas, the elderl y pension issues, coupled with the country now in the primary stage of socialism and the lo ng-term, there is not enough economic strength to the aged in rural development Lord’s pen sion model, in such a socio-economic context of the premise, rural communities pension m odel ready.In this study, methods and main elements:(1) on the background of the current pension in rural areas were analyzed;(2) describes the pension services in rural communities relevant theories, explaining the elderly, the aging population, the community, the concept of rural communities, describes the development of aged care services in rural communities theoretical basis;(3) based on Wenjiang fieldwork in rural areas, the survey sample data analysis;(4) describes Wenjiang service needs of rural communities, pension status and supply situation;(5) focuses on the UK and Japan, community care services, experience and inspiration;(6) derived Wenjiang care services in rural communities insufficient supply of community care supply and demand imbalance.The conclusions and recommendations:(1) rural community care service model not only can effectively alleviate the pressure of China’s rural old-age, but also through self-development, self-innovation and continuous development, etc., it has adapted to local conditions, flexible operation, etc., is more appropriate life of older people in rural areas, thus effectively improving older people’s quality of life in rural areas to enhance the overall pension level;(2) rural community care service system construction principles:the principle of the dominant position the government to the public guiding principles of demand as the direction, the broad participation of social security and economic principles and the principles of synchronization;(3) to build rural community care service system, the basic idea is:to accelerate rural community care service system supply, strengthening rural communities resource supply pension services and to change their concepts, strengthen rural community care services in publicity and education work.
