With the acceleration of the aging process,the number of disabled and semi disabled elderly is increasing day by day.Compared with the urban areas,the number of poor and low-income disabled elderly people accounts for a large proportion,and the contradiction between supply and demand of the elderly service industry is very sharp.With the development of economy and society,the traditional family security is weak and can not afford the old-age service in rural areas.However,the demand for home-based elderly care services for the disabled in rural areas is increasing,and the demand for elderly care is significantly different.In terms of the supply subject of rural elderly care service resources,the decline of rural traditional family elderly care ability,the backward development of rural communities,the rare participation of social organizations in the elderly care service in rural areas,and the phenomenon that the government pays more attention to the city than the countryside in policies and funds,all lead to the current situation of unbalanced supply and demand of the elderly home-based elderly care service in rural areas.Therefore,it is more urgent to explore the rural disabled elderly home-based pension service under the path of supply-demand balance,and promote the supply-demand balance of the rural disabled elderly home-based pension service,which is of great significance to improve the level of rural disabled elderly pension.Through reading the literature,using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper makes a field survey on the current situation of disabled elderly care in LDistrict of n city,and makes a secondary analysis on the survey data.It is found that in the current home-based elderly care service for disabled elderly in rural areas,the demand for the elderly care for disabled elderly shows a diversified trend but cannot be effectively met,and the government as the main supply body does not pay enough attention to it The main problems include the decline of family pension security,the limited role of community in supporting home-based pension services,and the insufficient participation of social organizations.In order to solve the problems in the home-based elderly care service for the disabled in rural areas,it is necessary to integrate the elderly care resources from the perspective of supply-demand balance,based on the analysis of the demand and supply situation of the disabled in rural areas.From the perspective of the demand of the disabled,it is necessary to advocate the cooperation between the supply entities,optimize the delivery mode of the elderly care service,and realize the supply and demand of the elderly care resources Effective docking,in order to effectively promote the rural disabled elderly home-based supply and demand balance of the way to improve the level of disabled elderly care in rural areas and the quality of life in old age.
