Study On The Scale Efficiency Of Tea Plantation In Case Of Mingshan

Tea is China’s important high value crops, the income of the tea plays an important role. And the farmland scale and the relationship between the efficiency has been scholars widely controversial, this paper discusses the land management scale and efficiency relationship between itself has important theoretical significance. So this article chooses mountains county in tea plantation management scale efficiency research has certain era background and meaning.This study on the farmland scale efficiency related concept definition, on the basis of constructing tea plantation management efficiency evaluation index system, using DEA efficiency evaluation method measure and analysis of the famous mountains county tea plantation management scale efficiency to famous mountains county tea plantation management scale efficiency value as the foundation, the use of Tobit model to the garden scale of operation efficiency of the influencing factors were analyzed, and determine the tea plantation management scale efficiency are the main factors. Through the research and analysis, it is concluded that the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the DEA method to famous mountains county sample tea plantation management scale efficiency value estimates,138decision unit tea garden scale of operation efficiency of the average value is0.87, indicating that famous mountains county tea plantation management scale efficiency is relative taller. In other conditions remaining unchanged,the road distance and tea plantation management scale efficiency was negatively correlated, labor input to the garden scale of operation efficiency has significant effect, both were positively correlated, tea garden area and tea plantation management scale efficiency is closely related to the present positive correlation, the technology supply of tea plantation management scale efficiency effect is very significant, it’s positively relationship.(3) Combined with famous mountains county tea business scale efficiency situation, this study proposed improve mountains county tea scale of operation efficiency of the Suggestions and measures are:improve the tea plantation technology promotion service system construction, to promote the tea garden to intensive change;Guide the tea farmer management idea change, encouraging various kinds of business; Guide the multi-channel raise funds, stable prices of the means of agricultural production。...
