In recent years, with continuous and forward development of the industrialsociety, safety in production has become an important factor, which affects orrestricts the sustainable development of the enterprise, region and even the wholecountry. However, the attention of the enterprise for production safety should notonly rely on the improvement of the technical level, but also focus on the elements,such as improving staff`s psychological quality, job stress, perceivedorganizational support and so on.In order to expand security performance research of the theory, to strengthenenterprise safety production management, and to improve the safety productionsituation in China to provide theoretical basis, this study refers to the previoussingle factor on the basis of theoretical research and empirical research, exploringsafety performance from employee`s working pressure and perceivedorganizational support.The eight areas, a total of11chemical enterprise employeesare selected as subjects, which are investigated respectively as three aspects of thequestionnaire for the employees`work stress, perceived organizational support andthe security performance. Effective recovery610of650questionnaires, SPSS18.0statistical software is used for data analyses that verify the work pressure andperceived organizational support impacting on safety performance of theassumption as the following conclusions:(1) Analysis of status quo for the chemical enterprise employees job stress, thestuff in chemical companies in this sample generally have moderate workingpressure currently.(2) Sample is divided according to gender, age, marital status, workexperience, whether experiencing the safety accidents, frequency in training andsatisfaction in working environment, different groups reflects different degrees injob stress.(3) Job stress, perceived organizational support and safe performance aresignificantly related, specific performance is as follows: there is a significantlypositive correlation between benign working pressure and safe performance; there is a significantly negative correlation between malignant working pressure and safeperformance; there is a significantly negative correlation between working pressureand perceived organizational support; there is a significantly positive correlationbetween perceived organizational support and safe performance.(4) Through analysis of moderating effect, working support adjust therelations between job stress and safe performance.Finally, according to the results, clearing work pressure and perceivedorganizational support on the basis of safety performance impact, put forward theproposal for the chemical enterprise human resources management work.
