The Research Of Handan Iron And Steel Circular Economy Strategy

Iron and steel industry is a pillar industry of our country, is one of the importantguarantee to realize rapid economic development in our country. However, withprogress of the society, as "high material consumptions, and high energy consumption,high pollution" of the traditional industrial enterprises, its sustainable developmentproblems are more and more highlighted. This thesis takes Hebei Iron and Steel Group,Handan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.(referred to as the Handan Iron and Steel) as theresearch object to analyze the realization of the enterprise internal recycling throughthe scientific and technological progress, structural optimization, energy saving andemission reduction, environmental protection practice and results, around the wholeproduction process, in accordance with the "3R" principle of circular economy,recycling utilization of resources and energy of secondary use; through the circulareconomy and building a harmonious environment green enterprises, Handan Iron andSteel has achieved the good economic and social reputation.This thesis uses the theory of circular economy strategy, conducted in-depthanalysis of the development status and problems of China’s iron and steel industry,according to the SWOT analysis, and puts forward that circular economy strategy isthe inevitable choice for sustainable development of China’s iron and steel industry;this thesis uses PEST analysis method to study the macroeconomic conditions of thedevelopment of circular economy in Handan Iron and Steel and explore thedevelopment of Handan Iron and Steel circular economy strategy, the efficientconversion of energy, efficient use of resources, and aiming at the problems whichappear in the process of implementation of the circular economy strategy, the perfectmeasures are proposed.Through the development of circular economy, the establishment of a soundrecovery, regeneration, recycling and processing production system, Handan Iron andSteel achieves the recycling of industrial materials and energy, this will provide thesuccessful experience of the implementation of the circular economy strategy for otherenterprises, and be of great practical significance for the resource, economy andenvironment development.
