Study On Pengxi Transportation Integration Of Urban And Rural Areas Planning

The integration of urban and rural transportation has been the inevitable requirement of economic and social development. Pengxi is located in the central east of Sichuan and the west of Suining. Road transport is the most important way of Pengxi county traffic. At present, important towns and area expressway link up not well. Most county highway’s rank is low, the Proportion of low rank highway is so big. Roads are so winding and narrow, capacity is too weak. It’s difficult for outward transport.Based on the present situation, we mainly study and plan the urban and rural highway traffic integration in this thesis. The content includes:the construction of the road network, urban public transport planning, urban and rural passenger line network and station planning, cargo nets in urban and rural areas and station planning and etc.The study and planning in this thesis is merely an initial idea. It needs deepening and perfect, and during its implementation process, there must be so many problems. Such as government supporting, personnel agencies, financial security and etc. So, to ensure the planning, we should not only refinement planning and design, but also seek government support, attract talent and ensure that the funding sources.
