Abstract/Summary:
30years of reform and opening up, with the rapid development of economy andscience and technology, China’s small and medium-sized enterprises such as bambooshoots after a spring rain, vigorous development, the rapid expansion of the number,quality improvement, become important pillar of sustainable and healthy and rapiddevelopment of the national economy. However, we should also be soberly aware thatthe human resource management system for small and medium-sized enterprises stillexist many problems can not be ignored, has become the bottleneck of the developmentof small and medium-sized enterprises, serious impact on the small and medium-sizedenterprise social function and role into full play. Therefore, optimization of humanresources management system for small and medium-sized enterprises, enableenterprises to seize the opportunity, seize the opportunity, to obtain long-term survivaland sustained development of the power and capacity, which not only has importanttheoretical significance, but also small and medium enterprises in our country to realizethe great-leap-forward development reality needs, based on this, this thesis:optimization of human resource management system of small and medium-sizedenterprises in China--Taking TCRL company as an example, with a view to themanagement of small and medium-sized enterprises and better management ofenterprises, promote the development of national development policy of small andmedium-sized enterprises, and to achieve sound and rapid development of China’s smalland medium-sized enterprises to provide policy support.This paper uses the comparative analysis method, at all times and in all countrieson the human resources management theory is the total, so as to provide reference forimprovement and optimization of human resources management system of China’ssmall and medium-sized enterprises; the use of case analysis, taking the human resourcemanagement system of TCRL company as an example, the resource managementsystem of China’s small and medium-sized human in-depth analysis. The study found,the human resource management system of TCRL company exists in human resourcesrecruitment channels are sluggish, lack of professional training system, performanceappraisal system is not perfect, compensation problems such as unreasonable. Draw on the successful experience at all times and in all countries in human resourcesmanagement, combining the characteristics of human resource management of smalland medium-sized enterprises in China, taking TCRL company as an example, presentsthe small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management systemoptimization measures: to establish scientific and reasonable human resource planning,improve human resources recruitment channels, set up professional training platform,optimize the performance appraisal system salary management, innovation, and theoptimized human resources management system to evaluate performance, findoptimization of human resource management system of TCRL company all staff’senthusiasm, initiative and creativity has been greatly improved; the knowledge level ofthe staff and business level unprecedented enhancement; labor productivity, economicefficiency of enterprises improved nearly20%.The main innovation of this paper there are two: first, a comparative analysis of thedomestic and foreign human resource management theory, summarizes its main ideas,to perfect and reference to the role of optimizing resource management system for smalland medium-sized human; second, this paper is based on the essence of human resourcemanagement in China and the western developed countries for reference and reference,the human resource management of TCRL company as an example, in view of theexisting human resources management of the company in question, and unifies ourcountry small and medium-sized enterprise’s own characteristics, analysis and draw onthe improvement and optimization of the countermeasures and suggestions of humanresources management system for small and medium-sized enterprises, in order topromote our country small and medium-sized enterprise implementation spansdevelopment.
