:Listing of an enterprise is an important channel to realize the direct financing, and an important platform to optimize the allocation of resources and promote the industry structural adjustment. Actively promoting listing of a company, and solving the enterprise financing demand is not only an important measure to promote the enterprises to improve their corporate governance structure, and to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading, but also an effective way to achieve stable and repaid economic growth. The capital market can circulate necessary funds, more importantly, it is able to finance the production ability, production factors and business model. Focusing on capital operation and strengthening capital market construction,which matters great of enterprise own development, is a strategic and comprehensive problem to promote urban developing competitive power.Also it plays an important role in accelerating economic structure transformation, enhancing independent innovative ability and regional competitiveness.S City has carried out capital markets for16years since Tuopai Shede was listed in1996.With7listed companies, including5on main board and2on small and medium plate, S City ranks in the first among secondary cities in Sichuan Province. Cultivating more companies to be listed is not only a necessary way to achieve the maximization of enterprise value, but also the important factors to promote regional economy sustainable growth. Regarding listed enterprises in S City as the research object, and analyzing from the brief introduction of listing companies,problems and advantages existing in listing financing,this paper puts forward three pieces of advice of the listed enterprises of the S City on the basis of listing financing theory above:first, how small and medium-sized enterprises achieve with the condition of enterprise to be listed back-up; secondly, how enterprise to be listed back-up can be listed; thirdly, how listed enterprises become bigger and stronger. Focusing on pertinence and maneuverability, the suggestion can effectively promote the listing and financing work of the enterprises in S City.
