Recently more and more companies begin to think highly of job satisfaction and organizational justice because high job satisfaction can improve work efficiency and make companies working better. As a member of satisfaction’s effecting elements, organizational justice can be very important. This research have a211-person first survey, which is confirmed the questionnaires working well, and a403-person formal survey. This research focus on the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction, and make vocational delay of gratification to be a moderating variable, and then to research their relationship. On the other hand, this research also focus on the current situation of these variables. The result shows that, there is a marked difference between man and woman in organizational justice. And the time of working can effect the employees’ job satisfaction. And the vocational delay of gratification is different in the different educational background. The relevant and regression relationship are obvious between job satisfaction and organizational justice. And be a moderating variable, the effect of vocational delay of gratification is obvious, too. The highest moderate effect is2%.
