Achievement motivation is a reflection of the individual internal psychological.It influences staffs' behavior.Company knows staffs' achievement not only motivates employees,but reduces cost.Achievement is relavant with maslow' theory.Good motivation system strategy is based on staffs' achievement.Different staffs have their own define about achievement.Menagers should make achievement strategy which are suitable to staffs.For example,menagers should allocate employees with employees' character and ability.Vocational delay of gratification is one selection.One may select current rewadr,another will not.Delay of gratification is used to analyse chirldren.Scholars in menagement find the define and analyse staff's.But the object of study just focuses on students and hospital employees.Performance is one target which is analised in management.It not only influences company's profit,but is relevant to staffs' enthusiasm.Many sholars analyse from different angles,such as self-efficacy,environment and expection.Vocational delay of gratification is a new object in management.Achievement can influence vocational delay of gratification for people.Knowing employees' preference for achievement,managers will make relevant strategy to motivate staffs.In this article,questionnaire is the main method to collect data to understand the relationship between new generation staffs achievement motivation and career delayed gratification.The article analyzes the delay to the staff's achievement motivation,job satisfaction and job performance of the relationship,using empirical research through SPSS software.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains this article's research background,questions,purpose and significance,framework,methods and innovations.The second part is the literature review,such as the part of the analysis about the performance achievement motivation at home and abroad,professional delay satisfaction and job performance of relevant theories,summarizing the performance pay of perception,the relationship between organizational identity and organizational citizenship behavior research,etc.The third part is the empirical research.This part is the core of article.This part mainly includes the research design,data analysis and discussion.The design includes the research hypothesis and research object,selection of questionnaire and data collection.Data analysis and discussion part use SPSS to achievement motivation,job delayed gratification.The relationship between performances are analyzed and validated.The fourth part is the research conclusions and management suggestions.This content generalizes and sumarrizes.Suggestions are put forward according to the management practice,finally pointing out the limitations of this study and the prospect of the future.The generation after 80s and 90s are the sample of this paper.the writer finds that,new generation employees' achievement motivation and vocational delay of gratification are high.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,this article finds that the achievement motivation has positive correlation between occupational delayed gratification.Achievement motivation and job performance have positive correlation between in each dimension.Professional delayed gratification and work performance have positive correlation relationship between threedimensions.Analysis results show that the professional intermediary role of delayed gratification plays a role of intermediary between achievement motivation and job performance.It is the same to three demision of performance.From the data analysis,results can be summed up the management advice.According to the results of this study,high achievement motivation of the new generation employees are more likely to choose a career delayed gratification,and job performance is higher.Therefore,if you want to improve employee's work performance,managers can understand the staffs achievement motivation.According to the staff's achievement motivation,setting up the appropriate career goals to motivate employees.In terms of professional delayed gratification,managers can not achieve career goal setting suitable for the material or spiritual motivation of employees.Employees are willing to choose a career delayed gratification.By empirical analysis,the value of this article is finally summarizes achievement,delayed professional satisfaction and job performance.Work performance provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the further development.Limitations is the sample is insufficient,lacking of dynamic data collection,and research variables for attitude are greatly influenced by individual subjective.
