Along with our country vigorously promote economic restructuring andtransformation of the pattern of economic development, knowledge-based serviceindustry have developed rapidly, which is with high added value and high drive power.Intellectual property service industry belongs to knowledge-based service industry. Theprotection of intellectual property rights can effectively protect national innovation andintellectual property service industry is playing an increasingly important role in thenational economy. But in fact, intellectual property service industry is faced withserious personnel loss situation. As a member of the knowledge-based service industry,professional talent is the core competitiveness of intellectual property service industry.Therefore, brain drain has become the bottleneck problem of restricting enterprisedevelopment.Numerous studies have demonstrated that employee job satisfaction is animportant variable affect of employee turnover intention. In this paper, the author havetaken R intellectual property service co., LTD as the research object and have studiedthe correlation between structured job satisfaction and turnover intention. Then theauthor have divided structured job satisfaction into relationship satisfaction, paysatisfaction, development satisfaction and discussed the correlation respectivelybetween three dimensions of job satisfaction and turnover intention. The author haveused SPSS17.0to analyze questionnaire data, the conclusion is as follows: Rintellectual property service co., LTD have high employee turnover intention and lowjob satisfaction, job satisfaction has significant predictive power on turnover intention;structured job satisfaction which is pay satisfaction, relationship satisfaction,development satisfaction are all negatively related with turnover intention and overalljob satisfaction is also negatively related with turnover intention.This article’s innovation mainly manifests in two aspects:1, while most studiestake the concept of job satisfaction as a whole in previous studies, the author have usedthe structured satisfaction model and measured each element of the satisfaction, whichmakes the study easier,the research findings more clear, and more conducive to themanagement of employee turnover;2, the existing research of intellectual propertyservices most focus on the service mode, service system, the service platform both athome and abroad, there are less research on the human resources situation in the industry, this article is a study of intellectual property service industry talent retentionissues.In order to improve intellectual property service industry employee’s jobsatisfaction and reduce turnover intention, the author suggest that we should adopt thefollowing management measures:1, to set up a competitive salary welfare system foremployees and to build perfect incentive mechanism;2, to establish comprehensivecareer advancement channels and to help employees achieve their career development;3, to pay attention to the communication within the organization;4, to create a goodcorporate culture.
