| Security as a new industry is facing great opportunities.However,in recent years,with the continuous increase of domestic labor costs,the continuous tightening of government monetary policy,the rising interest rate of private capital,the continuous use of new technologies such as the Internet,big data,the Internet of Things,as well as the shareholding economy,fan economy and other business models,the security industry ushered in a sudden change.In this context,security enterprises generally ushered in fierce turbulence of external market and internal management,and because of the continuous warming of external competition,inadequate protection of industry intellectual property rights and some defects in the construction of internal management system,resulting in high turnover rate of industry executives,leaving the majority of the choice.The unique phenomenon of entrepreneurship or entrepreneurship has brought great trouble to the long-term development of security enterprises.Most of the main business operation mode and management system of the security industry has not been finalized,and human factors still have a decisive impact on the development of the enterprise for most of the time.Therefore,how to prevent the turnover of senior executives has become an urgent issue that the security industry must face immediately.This paper will select ZA company as a representative,using the methods of questionnaire survey and interview to conduct in-depth research on the job satisfaction and turnover intention of senior executives in ZA company,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research,in-depth analysis of the various influencing factors of job satisfaction and turnover intention of senior executives in ZA company,and put forward targeted suggestions.And suggestions to provide reference for innovation of management measures of security enterprises. |
