At present, China’s real estate industry is in a period of rapid development, but also the national economy and the real estate industry has been an important part, even called the pillar industry of the national economy, the development of real estate industry led the rapid development of the cement, building materials, metallurgy, finance and other industries. Especially in recent national overall plan to speed up urbanization, the national economy, the real estate industry is highlighting its increasingly important position.Meanwhile, in the real estate industry to accelerate the development period, real estate professionals increasingly become the bottleneck of real estate development, and personnel, especially the frequent movement of high-level talent to become troubled real estate business problems. The author as a real estate human resources practitioners, has been the lack of professional and technical personnel for the real estate market and the frequent movement of distress. Currently specializing in the real estate industry mobility literature is not much, I tried to study the relationship between the tendency to leave the real estate market in Chengdu and employee satisfaction between trying the real estate industry in the relationship between employee satisfaction and turnover rates a little breakthrough.Based on the inspection and abroad on the basis of employee satisfaction and turnover intention literature, combined with the real estate industry, this paper summarizes summarizes the four dimensions of job satisfaction, in reference to the authority of the domestic and international scale investigation premise design a questionnaire, and then scale design based on questionnaires distributed to the D Company, Chengdu and several other real estate developers, real estate practitioners questionnaire to collect samples. Before data analysis, combining research and foreign scholars, this article on job satisfaction and turnover intention to do the following several assumptions:1. Inversely proportional to the remunerations satisfaction and turnover intention.2. Promoted the development of satisfaction and turnover intention inversely3. Employee relationship satisfaction and turnover intention inversely.4. Work environment satisfaction and turnover intention inversely.Using professional analysis software for data analysis and processing, and fully consider the impact of demographic variables on the survey variables, the impact on the survey results were analyzed from the gender, age, job, education of the four variables. SPASS then use statistical software for statistical analysis of the data collected, and then verify the hypothesis.After obtaining the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention between the real estate market in Chengdu, combined with the status of employees to D company, for example, analyze the reasons for their job satisfaction is not high, and identify measures put forward by the people-oriented management, attention to employee training, the establishment of a fair and equitable competition mechanism, focusing on corporate culture construction, improve employee satisfaction, for the company to improve management, improve job satisfaction and thus provide the basis for reducing the turnover rate.
