| Nowadays, with the fast development of computer technology, it becomes easier for manufacturers to acquire, save, examine, publish, transmit and communicate the information of production management activities. The information technology in science and technology era bring the world into a higher level than information era. Modern society is changing into the knowledge economic information society from the traditional society. Office Automation System is a comprehensive technology dating from the middle60s, developed by developed countries to solve the complicate, low-efficiency problems of traditional document, file and conference material business. Its main task is to make use of advanced computer technology, make people use the modern information and communication process equipment to realize electronization of firm’s office work and business, reach the goal of saving resource, improving productivity, increasing work efficiency, promoting management quality and making the management and decision making easier.This paper take the Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group CO., LTD. as the study object, firstly stated the Office Automation System theory, information system framework and the developing method of information system software which made a solid foundation of the whole study. Then this paper introduced the developing direction and strategy of Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group CO., LTD.’s Office Automation System, came up with the study strategy and method of this paper. After that, putting forward a set of upgrade solutions to improve and implement the system based on analysing the reality of OAS construction and the recent developing strategy and management mode of informatization development in Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group CO., LTD., using the successful OAS construction experience of domestic telecommunication, bank, manufacturing industry companies for reference, analysing the OAS’s module situation, system framework and systematic development method of Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group CO., LTD., studying the OSA upgrade program. At last, this paper stated several problems the manufacturers should mentioned when they upgrad their OAS from five aspect, these are user participation,leader support, system training, system security and system interface.The research of OAS improvement program for Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group CO., LTD perfects the OAS, and made its system more practical. This program can save the manufacturer’s resource, promote the work efficiency of staff, increase productivity and management quality effectively,. Those can help the manufacturer to realize informatization management quickly, provide better service for leader and staff, and offer essential supportive measurement for managers to make good decisions. |
