The theory of management can’t break through without the rediscovery of the hypothesis of humanity. With the proposition of S Corporate Values which is based on Self-free Man, it has provided totally new aspect of the study of management and the corporate cultures facing to globalization and the era of knowledge economy, combined with the heart of our traditional culture. S Corporate Values pay more attention to the value of people, and it is an idea system which can deal with internal and external environment change more flexible and the fierce market competition. So under the direction of S Corporate Values, the corporation will care more about the essential need, take more responsibility as a corporate citizen, which will help rise the competitiveness and development pattern of enterprise as well. Surround by the circumstance of Self-free, peace and great love, the happy life both for corporate and employee do will realize in one day.Corporate rites and rituals culture as an important part of corporate cultures, the process of rites will play an active role in passing corporate values, but the attention paid for it is far from enough by many scholars and enterprises. Meanwhile, corporate rites and rituals without corporate values or with wrong and outdated corporate values cannot be benefit to the development of the enterprises. Besides, to varying degrees, many enterprises have misunderstanding to corporate rites and rituals culture, and few enterprises have the complete system of corporate rites and rituals culture, not to mention that culture management. So corporate rites and rituals culture doesn’t work very well, and the corporate values cannot be carried out.Of course, the fail of culture doesn’t mean incurable, and the corporate values are hard to be carried out which doesn’t mean cannot be carried out. The study of this paper aims to re-examine our corporate rites and rituals culture of enterprises using S corporate values which meet the need of the development of enterprises in modern times, find out the problems, and rebuilt corporate rites and rituals culture creatively with enterprise features. It is also a new perspective to solve the problem that how to make corporate culture work in reality.The paper can be divided into four parts except the introduction in the beginning and the sum and prospect in the end. Part one, corporate rites and rituals culture and detailed inquiry to its value. This part generalizes the connotation definition of rites and rituals, rites and rituals culture, corporate rites and rituals culture etc, and fully taps social and religious values of corporate rites and rituals culture, which provides theoretical and realistic basis for the necessary and importance of this study.Part two, the research of S Corporate Values and its realistic value. Based on the former theoretical researches of humanity hypothesis and connotation etc of S Corporate Values, enrich its definition and connotation, and point that S Corporate Values provides the value basis for the construction of Corporate rites and rituals culture, which is of great significance to being good corporate citizen, dealing with the competition in globalization and knowledge economy ear and developing sustainably.Part three, the creative thinking of corporate rites and rituals culture based on S Corporate Values. After theoretical analysis and practical research, find out the problems of the construction of corporate rites and rituals culture in our country from the angle S Corporate Values, and then put forward suggestions to reconstruct corporate rites and rituals culture.Part four, the innovative construction and implement of corporate rites and rituals culture based on S Corporate Values. After considering and clarifying and the content of S Corporate Values, construct the corporate rites and rituals culture under certain principle, and point out its mechanism of its function. Thus it provides the practical path for the construction and implement of corporate rites and rituals culture.Part five, case study. Through the analysis of the corporate rites and rituals culture of Huadian Fujian Kemen Company Limited, make sure the feasibility and value of the construction and implement of corporate rites and rituals culture based on S Corporate Values, and provide real case for reference.
