The paper focuses on a study on the choice of corporate culture strategy and the corporate culture competitive power and the corresponding business performance during the practice of construction of corporate culture. Through a qualitative and quantitative analysis of corporate culture, the thesis puts forth some specific strategies to be implemented in the process of creating corporate culture, some useful patterns to better the competitiveness of corporate culture, and certain efficient measures to be taken to promote the business performance and the methods to internalize corporate culture. Up to now, domestic and foreign scholars and business operators have undertaken large amounts of research and argumentation onto corporate cultural construction, and thus accumulated many lessons and achieved certain positive results. Foreign corporate cultural research has covered even the factors like organizational learning, core capacities, managerial ethnics, and business achievement, while domestic research still focuses on the qualitative study of the explicit factors of corporate culture, which lacks systematically, completeness and feasibility. In particular, innovative findings obtained from mathematical model and econometric on the issue of corporate cultural construction are still small in number. In line with the situation, the paper ventures to make a further research into the practice of construction of Chinese corporate culture and the influence of the corresponding business performance. First, on the basis of an analysis of the essential definition, significance, the present condition, the existing problems and experience of corporate culture construction, researches have been conducted into the practical issues of corporate cultural strategies. From the vantage point of the theory of strategic administration, game theory and the learning-oriented organization theory, the paper makes an analysis of the contents of corporate cultural strategy, and thereby proposes that the choice of corporate cultural strategy be bound to adjust to the new situation and the corporate's goal of strategic development. Beginning with cultivating new idea of corporate values, and corporate should carry out the strategy of coalition and brand, establish learning-oriented corporates, building favorable corporate image, and keep promoting its business competitive ness. Meanwile, the paper puts for the acomposite project for the purpose of establishing an innovative, stable and absorptive corporate culture. Secondly, the paper probes into corporate values and the system of concept of corporate value and works out a cooperative and yet competitive model to recreate the idea of corporate values. The relationship between the idea of corporate value and scientific outlook on development is fully presented in the paper, where it is pointed out that the idea of overall, coherent and sustainable development should be the guide lines in building corporate culture. Through a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign corporate culture, the paper elaborates the contents, principles and means in readjusting corporate values. In addition, the paper designs the game between the two parties of moral education and the cooperative and competitive game in readjusting corporate values, and concludes the solution to the readjustment of corporate values home and abroad. Once more, model studies have been conducted into the components of the corporate's key competitive power and cultural competitive power, and for that purpose, the paper establishes a model of the essentials for corporate cultural competitive power, designs a corresponding assessment index system. Meanwhile, ways to raise the corporate's cultural competitiveness have been put forward. A research into the relationship between corporate culture and business performance has been conducted as well. In light of the practice of domestic corporates and the findings from researches into foreign corporate culture, the growth of business achievement is closely tied to the successful cultivation of corporate culture. The paper designs and analyses the manager stimulating and salary and recompense system. Under present circumstances, the new system of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration is building and strengthening, it is the premise of a growth in business achievement to stimulate the manager by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Organization of the Government. Eventually, with the application of the principles of social field, the paper puts forth the methods to internalize corporate culture on that basis. From the perspective of social field, the paper specifies the formation of the social field of corporate ethics and credit and elaborates the influence of corporate ethical system field, corporate ethical community field and corporate group field on the main body of ethical behavior. Conclusions are then drawn that the formation of corporate values and the system of ethics and credit and the internalizing process of corporate ethics and credit belong to the major stages of corporate cultural internalization. In a word, by means of the system theory, the game theory, the theory of social field and mathematical model, the paper probes deeply into the practical issues of corporate cultural construction, makes a positivist analysis of and modes researches into the values ofcorporate culture, corporate cultural competitiveness, the internalization of corporate culture, the relation between corporate culture and business achievements, designs and studies the goal patterns and feasible methods to implement corporate cultural and business achievements, designs and studies the goal patterns and feasible methods to implement corporate cultural strategy and promote corporate cultural competitive capacity. All those would be of guiding significance in furthering the study of corporate culture and improving corporate cultural construction.
