So, credit student loans for original area students came into existence as the important supplement for national student loans, which is also the inevitable result of the development of the higher education and the financial service industry.This article describes from the meaning, nature, significance and developing process of credit student loans for original area students, making Linyi University as an example in the central part, analyze the current situation of the implementation and the reasons of existing problems of the credit student loans for original area students, and on this basis summarize the proposals and development prospects in a targeted manner to further deepen and improve the credit student loans for original area students policy to help fit the design of the national conditions of Credit Student Loans for Original Area Students Policy, in order to promote its healthy development.
