Making and implementing product pricing strategy will impact company directly onits revenue from external business, therefore it is one of the important content of enterprisemanagement. There are different stages during the enterprise development. On one hand,the enterprise faces different external environment; on the other hand, the enterprise hasdifferent advantages and disadvantages in specific stage due to its own situation. Therefore,the content of product pricing strategy management cannot be constant but continuouslyupdate and adjust along with the enterprise development.The thesis illustrates and analyzes the issues in the product pricing strategy makingand execution in A Company with the background that business is expanding andorganization is changing. The thesis proposes a product pricing strategy and executionthrough both external (industry, market, competitor, raw material supply) and internal(product, customer group) factor analysis for A Company.The illustration and analysis follow these steps by using the research methods such asliterature research method, comparative study method and case analysis method. Firstly thethesis illustrates the external environment and the internal competition in tire industry,analyzes the current situation of A company, which provides a basis to the next illustration.Secondly, the thesis takes the strategy on industrial pneumatic tire in sales team forexample and illustrates the existing problems and causes on pricing strategy making andexecution in A Company. The thesis proposes the corresponding product pricing strategiesbased on the character of the product and market segmentation and puts forward to proposethe related process, tools and methods to ensure the strategies execution. Finally, it showsthat the new strategy and process is suitable for A Company development requirements atcurrent stage through the results on business standardizing and promoting after it has beenimplemented for a period.
