As the development of Chinese economy, China commercial vehicle market growth and the market potential drew the attention the whole world. Along with fast development of China’s auto industry, China automotive aftermarket has grown rapidly, especially to tire market. By the end of2011, the world’s top ten tire manufacture entered into the Chinese market through a variety of ways, such as proprietorship, partnership and takeover.The article analyses GITI commercial vehicle tires market and marketing channel at first and expounds my views on planning, choices, motivation and control. The main body of article narrates the situation and the achievement of GITI, and finds out the problem according to the analysis of the marketing channel management and competitors.Finally,it makes proposals for the marketing of products on the basis of comprehensive analysis, as well as marketing knowledge.Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the trend of China commercial vehicle tires market is put out logically, which is used marketing channel management, experience of other mature industry and foreign countries.
