Previous studies have shown that organization and management is one of the important factors affecting employees’ job satisfaction, as an element of organization and management, leadership style will also has a significant impact on employees’job satisfaction. on the one hand, leaders with more consideration behavior make subordinates feel that the organization is attached to them, care for them and thus it will has some active effect on promoting their enthusiasm for work and job satisfaction. On the other hand, leaders with too much initiating structure will produce a sense of restraint and thus generate discontent. Daily examples show that the same staff produces different job stress and job satisfaction when working under different leadership styles.Literature reviews found that researches about leadership style, job stress and job satisfaction are extensive, but most of the previous studies limited to the analysis of the relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction, leadership style and job stress, job stress and job satisfaction, few studies have addressed the relationship among the three variables. Thus it needs further in-depth analysis. The innovations of this paper:Firstly, set job stress as a moderator and introduce it to the analysis process of leadership style and job satisfaction. Secondly, let micro enterprise as an example and it is relatively unique perceptive.On the basis of relative researches about leadership style, job stress and job satisfaction, the author builds the research model:in the model, leader consideration and initiating structure are the independent variables, job stress is the moderator and job satisfaction is the dependent variable. In empirical research, with the method of questionnaire and statistical analysis, hypotheses are tested. According to the empirical analysis and hypothesis testing results, we can come to the following conclusions:Firstly, the leadership style of micro enterprises is more initiating structure and less consideration; the job stress and the job satisfaction of micro enterprises’ employees belonging to the middle level on the high side, therein employees have rather great stress on individual development and rather great job satisfaction on outside satisfaction.Secondly, consideration is not only significantly positively correlated with job satisfaction, including inside satisfaction and outside satisfaction, but also significantly negatively correlated with individual development stress and interpersonal stress. Initiating structure has no correlation with inside satisfaction but significantly positive correlation with outside satisfaction, also significantly positive correlation with work stress and management stress. Job stress and job satisfaction are significantly negatively correlated with each other.Thirdly, job stress plays as a negative moderator between consideration and job satisfaction, that is to say, the more the job stress, the weaker the correlation between consideration and job satisfaction.Eventually, based on the conclusions, the thesis gives some advices about the leadership style, job stress and job satisfaction of micro enterprises. Firstly, establish a free and open channel of communication, organize recreational activities, create internal forum and so on. Secondly, enrich the work content, reduce the repeatability and mechanization of the work, increase the challenge of work and carry out the flexible working and so on. Thirdly, focus on the career planning, provide the chance of education and training, career counseling and career development information, give employees fair promotion opportunities. Fourthly, learn about the influence and employees’ views of existing leadership style and increase the consideration, support, encouragement and recognition, survey the psychological condition of the staff regularly intending to alleviate job stress and improve job satisfaction.
