Occupational stress of IT employees is an important factor influencing employee health, meanwhile, it is also a nonnegligible variable related to individual's job performance.Previous research has not systematically examined the relationship of perceived job stress to job satisfaction. The present study selects employees'job satisfaction as an investigation factor, and construct a relationship model among job stress, stress cope style and job satisfaction.Based on a comprehensive analysis of current of researches, question surveys of job stress, coping style and MSQ were applied in this research. After an regression analysis with demographic variables, the result suggest:(1) Marital status and ages have notable difference on job stress. Education degrees, type of employee have notable difference on negative job stress coping style. Married and non-married employee has inner satisfaction difference. Different employment relationship have notable intrinsic and extrinsic difference for satisfaction dimension.(2) Job stress, positive coping approaches, intrinsic, outer and general satisfaction degrees are correlated.(3) Job stress and coping style can be used to predicate job satisfaction.(4) The stress coping style is a mediator between job stress and satisfaction.
