In the knowledge and economy era, knowledge staff is the major creator of enterprise value, the proportion in the enterprise is more and more big, the competition between enterprises is increasingly evolved into the knowledge talented person’s competition. In order to retain knowledge workers, the enterprise must find out the influencing factors of knowledge employee’s job satisfaction, and constantly develop countermeasures to improve it. As one of the important factors that affect job satisfaction-the role of leadership style is very obvious, it’s important to study the impact of different leadership styles on the job satisfaction of knowledge staff.This paper mainly researches the impact of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style on the job satisfaction of knowledge staff. The research mainly-collect original data through the form of a questionnaire, and use SPSS19.0do statistical analysis. The factor analysis result indicates that the transformational leadership style has four affecting factors, the transactional leadership style has two affecting factors, and the job satisfaction has five affecting factors. The variance analysis result shows that different marital status of knowledge workers exist significant difference of perception of job satisfaction, different working years of knowledge workers exist significant differences in the transformational leadership and transactional leadership style. The process of correlation analysis explores the relationship among transformational leadership style and its four factors; transactional leadership style and its two factors; job satisfaction and its five factors, which is also the validation process of hypothesis mentioned in Chapter3. Finally, this article also has carried on the regression analysis to explore the regression model between different leadership style and job satisfaction. On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper developed a series of countermeasures to improve job satisfaction of the knowledge staff. This provides certain references for the enterprise.
