In recent years, China’s financial industry in the reform and development, brokethrough the limitations of policy Banks and specialized Banks, joint-stockcommercial Banks have been set up,it’s the fresh blood for the financial markets andundoubtedly, it will activate the huge market, but at the same time also contributed tothe financial market competition strength. Along with the opening of our financialmarket, foreign Banks advanced thinking and innovation ability is graduallyintervention and influence of China’s financial industry development. Althoughcompetition for an industry will promote the development and evolution of theindustry, but at the same time it could be a devastating blow to the existing financialmarkets. Although this is normal market behavior, but if the development of China’sfinancial industry collapsed the consequences are unimaginable.Maybe it is becausethe foreseen of such a result, although our financial market is gradually opening to theoutside world, meanwhile this open and and not completely liberalized, which willgive us time to reform and innovation, to deal with the reign of terror..Facing a domestic and international competition and pressure, this paper is basedon the A Banking Company banking department, analyzes the company customermanagement and the problems existing in the company’s business development. Toimprove the efficiency of management to its existing customers as well as on theimprovement of the existing customers to provide services. For A bank, the body ofthe contribution to the company’s business is A bank profits. For the A bank, companybusiness is the main profit contribution of A bank. In present situation, company business is the main profit growth point of A bank, to strengthen the company’scustomers and the business service management has important strategic significancefor A bank.This paper firstly introduces some problems of A bank Company department,lagging financial products without innovation, credit business approval process node,long for examination and approval of credit business, credit management systemdevelopment is imperfect and the actual business is not seamless docking. Externalmarketing dynamics is insufficient, can’t clear their target customers. In customermarketing, due to the lack of practicability of service design, service level is not high,resulting in the loss of part of the customer. Lack of communication with the superiordepartment, to the unity of management and implementation opinions not causeinconvenience to the customer. Customer manager in their jurisdiction customerunderstanding is not enough, not to provide customers with products and servicescustomers most in need, causes the customer and bank interest cannot be fullyextended.In problem solving,the main carding and lending for examination and approvalof credit business process, make it at the same time of simplifying does not affect thecontrollability of the risk, ensure safety and profitability of the bank. Theclassification of existing customers, divided into out of class, compression, maintainand support, in order to convenient for customer service and management. Strengthenthe business knowledge training, improve service levels, to advance the innovationscheme, strengthen the understanding of their customers at the same time, promotecustomer relationship marketing, providing financial service industry chain on thelower reaches of the high-quality customers, namely to grasp the funds for theenterprise, also can make the revolving funds in the system in the formation ofprecipitation funds, i.e. increase the fund supervision, but also improve the depositperformance. At the same time the supply of single link chain link line of credit is also reduced, the operation of the enterprise working capital also reduced accordingly,which reduced the cost, and can be used to save money for other investments increaseyield, achieve the win-win situation.
