As one of the most significant financial innovations of the banking industry, the supply chain financing which has played a positive role both in alleviating the financing problem for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and expanding the space of the profitability of the banking has developed quite rapidly in recent years, having been an important way of providing financing for SMEs by commercial banks. Significant differences exist between the traditional credit mode and the supply chain financing which is based on commercial transactions on the supply chain and guaranteed by the good credit capacity of core enterprises, which will inevitably exert an important influence on the customer relationship management.Based on all these, this paper begins with a brief introduction of relevant theories about the supply chain financing and customer relationship management, presents a detailed description of the present situation of the two issues in Bank of China Gansu Branch and a qualitative analysis has also been done on these, and then identifies the problems and causes of these problems that may come up from the supply chain financing through comparisons and analysis of various data. In consideration of relevant theory, the paper provides some measures on improving the bank-customer relationship management in the supply chain financing for the Gansu Branch of Bank of China, together with evaluations and supportability analysis on each measure, aiming at expanding the group of the customer base, changing the profit structure and enhancing the ability to resist risks.
